If you haven’t practised with Lalit already, this is the perfect opportunity to practice with one of the most experienced and intuitive teachers in the world. Lalit has been practising Yoga since the age of 7 when he entered traditional Yoga schools in India. Since then he has trained under some of the most respected masters of Yoga.
Lalit blends his two backgrounds of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga to form a teaching style that is dynamic and flowing but also places a strong focus on alignment and foundations.
Discover the expertise of Tony, a seasoned senior yoga teacher whose journey began in 1995 in Australia and expanded through training in India. After completing a two-year Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course with Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2007, Tony has taught yoga worldwide.
His training includes renowned Indian centers like the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Iyengar Yoga Centre, and Osho Centre, as well as studies with Mother Amma and Lalit in Goa. Tony also graduated from Himalaya Yoga Valley and returned to teach and manage the Yoga Shala, offering a rich and well-rounded yoga experience.
